Many organizations claim to be “doing agile” by rigidly adhering to frameworks and prioritizing speed over value. True agility, however, lies in fostering a purpose-driven environment where teams prioritize value creation, adapt methods to their needs, and address interpersonal barriers to achieve shared goals.
